We are looking for a dynamic, organized, proactive individual with interest in developing professional experience in the **Human Talent** field by participating in real processes and people management projects. Main Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Post job openings on employment portals, social media, and professional platforms. * Conduct resume screening and candidate pre-selection. * Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants. * Participate in Human Talent improvement projects and proposals. Requirements: * Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field student from the 7th semester onward; graduate or bachelor's degree holder. * Interest in developing within the Human Talent field. * Intermediate/user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * No prior experience required.
