This team comprises approximately 50 professionals, is based in Lima, Peru, and collaborates closely with other offices (the Netherlands, the United Kingdom), excelling across a broad range of services and competencies in climate resilience, water resources, and infrastructure development. We offer our clients—both private and (semi-)governmental—a full spectrum of services spanning all project phases: from conception and master planning, through feasibility and design, to construction supervision. While we maintain a strong presence in the Netherlands, we operate globally. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ This role targets a professional with solid experience in developing hydraulic studies and designs, responsible for leading technical analyses related to the hydraulic behavior of structures and ensuring proposed solutions meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability. This position is intended for specialists with experience in dam, hydraulic tunnel, canal, and intake projects who wish to join a high-level multidisciplinary team. Requirements: * Professional degree in: Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * A Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resources, Hydrology, Water Resources Management, or related specializations is required. * Minimum of 10 years of professional experience since obtaining the degree. * Specific experience: Proven experience of at least **12 years** in roles such as: Hydraulic Specialist, Hydraulic Engineer, or Hydraulic Discipline Lead. * Proven experience participating in the development or supervision of: Feasibility studies, Final studies, Technical files, Detailed engineering, Supervision of final studies, Supervision of technical files, Supervision of detailed engineering. * **Experience must be related to hydraulic projects incorporating at least one of the following components: Dams, Hydraulic tunnels, Canals, Intakes.** **What can you expect from us?** ------------------------------------ At Haskoning, we offer you much more than a job—we offer you the chance to become part of a professional journey.
