Classic Lavandería Premium, a leader in the home-based specialized laundry sector and Lima’s first luxury laundry, is seeking personnel for its In-Store Customer Service area via WhatsApp. Candidates must meet the requirements, answer screening questions, and attach their **CV with an UPDATED PHOTO**. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * University-level studies (ongoing or bachelor's degree) in Administration, Law, Marketing, or related fields. * With or without experience in customer support, back-office, or related positions. * Excellent communication, writing, spelling, and typing skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other management software. * Assertive attitude for problem resolution. * Service-oriented individual with strong teamwork orientation. * **Availability to work in-person in the district of LINCE (MUST RESIDE IN NEARBY DISTRICTS).** ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email, providing accurate information and immediate assistance. * Coordinate and schedule deliveries using specialized software. * Use sales software for quotations and order status checks. * Use route planning and optimization software (e.g., Uber or Rappi type). * Acquire as many customers as possible to drive effective sales. ***WORK SCHEDULE:*** * Minimum 24 hours per week, distributed across 5 days weekly.
