Job Summary: Support JOMICAS' digital transformation by participating in process automation, data analysis, and implementation of technological solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently in a growth and digital transformation phase, focusing on process automation, data analysis, and artificial intelligence to improve our operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support automation of operational and administrative processes. * Develop and implement internal solutions (forms, reports, workflows, databases). * Organize and analyze data to generate key performance indicators. * Provide basic technical support for digital tools. * Research and test AI, automation, and productivity tools. * Propose rapidly implementable technological improvements. * Participate in continuous improvement projects alongside management. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience (internships, academic projects, or technical portfolio are valued). * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, programming/automation, Python, SQL, and dashboards. * Preferred: Power BI, Looker Studio, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, Google Apps Script, BigQuery, generative AI. **Competencies:** * Proactivity, curiosity, and willingness to learn. * Analytical thinking and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Organization, responsibility, and clear communication. * Teamwork and adaptability to a growing company. **Benefits:** * Active participation in the company's digital transformation. * Real-world automation, data, and artificial intelligence projects. * Mentorship and guidance on innovation projects. * Space to propose ideas and learn through real cases. * Positive work environment.
