Candidate Profile Recommendation: It is recommended to broaden the search to candidates with 1–3 months of experience or those with short but relevant experience—provided they possess basic inventory knowledge, are organized and responsible, demonstrate a positive attitude, and show learning ability. For this position, attitude, responsibility, organization, and learning ability will be prioritized over extensive experience, as the candidate will receive guidance from the Warehouse Assistant and Operations Coordinator.
