Job stability under a 14x7 work schedule On behalf of our client, a prominent mining sector company, we are seeking a **Jumbo Assistant**. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanized mining. * Availability to work under a 14x7 schedule. * Submission of employment certificates verifying declared experience. * Work experience will be validated using the Unique Labor Certificate (CUL). **Offered:** * Full coverage of meals and accommodation. * Transportation from Lima, Huancayo, or Pasco to the mining site. * S/ 200 onboarding bonus on Provis card. * Annual retention bonus of S/ 2,400, paid in six installments throughout the year. * Referral bonus of S/ 300 for each referred candidate who joins. * Education loans. * Family allowance of S/ 113. * Academic excellence scholarship for children. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee. * Payments made on the 10th of each month.
