Monitoring supplies and supporting operational activities. **Gloria Catering y Servicios**, a company with over 15 years of experience in collective catering services (food concessionaire), recognized with the “Peruvian Company of the Year 2022” award, is currently seeking a **Kitchen Assistant/Part-Time** for our **San Luis branch.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (certificate required). * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (mandatory). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on a part-time schedule. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist with mise en place and preparation of soups, appetizers, rice, side dishes, beverages, and other assigned items. * Provide customer service at the service line and assist in food assembly. * Wash and disinfect fruits, vegetables, trays, tableware, and utensils, following established procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, storage area, and refrigeration and freezing chambers. * Monitor and record supply consumption, verify shortages, and promptly report available stock levels to the Chef or Administrator for appropriate replenishment. * Support necessary operational activities to ensure efficient and high-quality service. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from the first day of employment. * 100% covered meals.
