Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, preparation of sauces, side dishes, salads, and plating, and to perform mise en place. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of dishes. 2. Prepare sauces, side dishes, and salads. 3. Perform mise en place. Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 53 countries and present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, and remote-site services—covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. We are currently recruiting KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education and/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months of experience in concession or related roles. * Reside in nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist the chef and/or head cook with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and others. * Perform mise en place. * Assist in assigned preparation and plating tasks. * Support activities assigned by your immediate supervisor.
