Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation, preparation, and plating of dishes, including sauce and side dish preparation, and performing mise en place. We are currently recruiting KITCHEN ASSISTANTS. Requirements: * Completed secondary education and/or relevant work experience validating and supporting your knowledge. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in concession-based positions or related fields. * Residence in nearby areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist chefs and/or head cooks with pre-preparation and/or preparation of dishes. * Prepare sauces, side dishes, salads, and others. * Perform mise en place. * Support assigned food preparation and plating tasks. * Assist with activities assigned by your immediate supervisor.
