Job Summary: Ká Coffee, a specialty café located in Magdalena del Mar, is seeking an experienced hot kitchen cook to prepare dishes and manage production, with initiative and a positive attitude. Requirements: * University or technical degree in gastronomy or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen operations. * Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude. Responsibilities include: * Preparing menu items (sandwiches, waffles, pasta, salads, tostones, brunch, breakfasts). * Producing ingredients for menu items. * Mise en place. * Cleaning and maintaining the work area. Our kitchen space is compact, so strong organizational skills are essential. Initiative and high adaptability are critical to succeeding in this role. Our specialty focuses on sandwiches.
