We are EL MESON POLLOS Y PARRILLAS, and we are looking for new talent for the position of **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** at our locations in: **Los Olivos, Santa Anita, Chimú.** **What We Look for in You** * Completed secondary education * Experience preferred but not required. * Rotating day off **Your Responsibilities:** * Food Preparation (Mise en place): Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables, meats, and fish according to the chef's instructions. * Kitchen Support: Assist in preparing simple dishes (salads, appetizers), reduce sauces, dress salads, and prepare side dishes. * Ingredient Management: Measure ingredients, organize inventory, label and store products in refrigerated chambers or on shelves. * Cleaning and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, kitchen equipment, and common areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. * Rotation and General Support: Assist across different areas as needed, ensure order in cold storage rooms, shelves, and the kitchen overall, including waste management. **What We Offer** * Salary increase projection * Midweek days off (Mon\-Fri) Daily lunch, breakfast, and dinner * Career path * Ongoing training. * Bonuses for resource optimization and BPM * Medications (if required) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site employment Salary: Starting at S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
