Requires prior experience and studies in gastronomy **KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- SANTA ANA** **Responsibilities:** * Assist with mise en place * Organize food items in their designated locations * Clean and organize the kitchen * Support dish preparation **Requirements:** * Kitchen experience (6 months to 1 year) * Completed studies in gastronomy Schedule: * Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am \- 4:00 pm * Rotating day off (between Monday and Thursday) Benefits: * MYPE payroll registration * Dinner included * Overtime pay * Shared tips (dining room/kitchen) * Bi-weekly payment Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
