Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant in fast food to assist in meal preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness during the night shift. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for development and learning in other roles A LA GLORIA JUGOS Y SANDWICHES, a company dedicated to the fast food industry, is looking for a Kitchen Assistant on a full-time, night-shift basis. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 months of kitchen experience. * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Prior experience preparing Broster\-Hamburgers\-Salchipapas\-Enchiladas and juices. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the cook in preparing simple meals. * Keep workstations, utensils, and equipment clean. * Clean and disinfect kitchen areas before, during, and after the shift. * Wash, peel, and cut fruits, vegetables, and other foods. * Wash dishes, pots, and utensils as required. * Assist in order assembly. * Willingness to learn and progressively develop in other store roles, such as juice preparation support, basic operational coordination, and other activities related to store operations.
