Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Kitchen Assistant with a service-oriented vocation and passion for gastronomy to support dish preparation and kitchen maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Support in preparing breakfasts and lunches 2. Responsible, proactive person with a passion for gastronomy 3. Teamwork and organizational sense Support in preparing menu items (breakfasts and lunches) Ensure appropriate ingredient portions required for the day Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute goods Clean, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, restocking, and production Check inventory levels of ingredients to be used during service as needed Assist the chef in keeping the kitchen and storage area clean Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant A service-oriented, responsible, proactive, quick-thinking, and organized individual with good communication skills, friendly demeanor, teamwork ability, orderliness, punctuality, and passion for gastronomy. Resident in areas near Comas Valid Sanitation Certificate.
