Working with a well-recognized restaurant team in the industry * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-recognized restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position for restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Must be over 25 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work area, storage room, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen departments: hot station, cold station, grill. * Carry out other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
