Job Summary: Kitchen assistant to support food preparation, cooking, and service while maintaining hygiene and organization at the workstation. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork in a high-demand environment. **Job Objective:** Pollos \& Parrilla Díaz S.A.C., a company with over 15 years of experience in the roasted chicken, meat, and grill industry, is seeking staff for its stores in Villa El Salvador. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Main Responsibilities: · Wash, cut, portion, and perform basic preparation of ingredients according to the kitchen supervisor’s instructions. · Assist in preparing and serving dishes, side dishes, sauces, and other restaurant products. · Keep the workstation fully stocked and organized during service. · Properly apply food hygiene, handling, and storage standards. · Label, store, and rotate ingredients according to their expiration dates and storage conditions. · Promptly report shortages, spoiled items, or potential losses. · Clean and disinfect utensils, equipment, surfaces, and assigned areas. · Support the kitchen team with other tasks related to shift operations. Requirements: · Completed secondary education. · Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurants, rotisseries, or similar establishments. · Valid health certificate for food handling (mandatory). · Basic knowledge of food hygiene, handling, and storage. · Ability to work effectively in a team, maintain order, and adapt to high-demand environments. · Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, move supplies, and perform repetitive job-related tasks. · Availability for full-time employment and rotating shifts.
