Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and cleaning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing menu items. 2. Maintaining hygiene and order in the workplace. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Demonstrable knowledge or experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts (48 hours per week). ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Mise en place. * Washing vegetables and other ingredients for preparations. * Assisting in preparing menu items in coordination with kitchen staff. * Keeping the workplace clean and organized. * Keeping tools and equipment clean and organized.
