Job Summary: We are seeking staff to plate and present dishes and sandwiches, manage stock levels, rotate supplies, and comply with hygiene standards in a café. Key Highlights: 1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Plate and present dishes and sandwiches (already prepared under Mise & Place).  Conduct stock control and complete inventory registration forms.  Ensure proper rotation of supplies and intermediate products.  Comply with company-established BPM and hygiene standards. CANDIDATE PROFILE:  Culinary education or at least 1 year of kitchen experience; male candidates preferred.  Knowledge of BPM. Assigned Location: San Isidro. Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday with one day off per week. Daily 15-minute break. Working Hours: II FIXED AFTERNOON SHIFT: 2 PM TO 10 PM 15-minute daily break per shift, training, uniform provided.
