Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation, assist in daily menu development, and ensure workplace hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for hygiene and order in the work area A quick and proactive Kitchen Assistant with experience supporting mise en place tasks. Responsible for preparing breakfasts and assisting in daily menu preparation. Actively collaborates in online service operations and ensures cleanliness, order, and hygiene in work areas. **Requirements:** Ø Completed or ongoing culinary studies. Ø Knowledge of dishes and their preparation. Ø Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant. Ø Experience working in food concessions. Ø Must reside in areas near San Borja. **Responsibilities:** Ø Support kitchen operations in pre-preparation of the menu. Ø Clean and maintain the work area. Ø Coordinate and support setup for menu and breakfast services. Ø Clean the service line after service completion. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, daytime shift. Full payroll benefits. Breakfast and lunch provided. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Experience: * 2 years: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
