Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the head chef or cook in pre-service and during-service tasks, including simple preparations, cleaning, and organizing ingredients. Preparing and handling ingredients according to recipes We are a Food Concessionaire currently seeking a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT**, with availability to work in Cercado de Lima. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * Experience preferred but not required * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist the head chef or cook with pre-service and during-service restaurant tasks. * Assist the cook with simple preparations or plating. * Clean, peel, wash, and chop vegetables, meats, and fish. * Prepare ingredients and utensils before cooking. * Weigh ingredients according to the cook's recipes. * Keep work surfaces and equipment clean and disinfected. * Keep the area free of waste. * Store raw materials in refrigerators or pantries. **WE OFFER:** * Employment contract from day one * Monthly salary of S/ 1,600 for 8 hours * Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 6 AM–3 PM * 100% meals provided. Salary: Up to S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
