




Position Summary: We are seeking a LOGISTICS AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT to provide operational and administrative support in logistics processes, ensuring proper document control, dispatch coordination, and timely handling of internal and external requests. At **ALSAVI**, a Peruvian company specializing in **Integrated Logistics**, we are looking for a **LOGISTICS AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT** to provide operational and administrative support in logistics processes, ensuring accurate document control, dispatch coordination, and timely handling of internal and external requests. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** · Generate and manage Picking Lists for approved sales orders. · Issue waybills and route sheets in the P\&S system. · Review and scan dispatch documents and freight agency documents. · Submit daily dispatch reports to the sales team. · Handle internal requests for materials, samples, and spare parts. · Manage petty cash and record overtime hours for warehouse staff. · Coordinate with suppliers (transporters, labor crews, forklift operators). · Process returns and enter them into the system upon prior authorization. ***REQUIREMENTS*** .
