Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, proactivity, and punctuality. **MAINTENANCE AND GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT — LINCE BRANCH** **JOB TECHNICAL SHEET:** * **Company:** XFLY Funcional Training * **Branch:** Lince, Lima * **Shift:** Morning (Full-time) * **Salary:** S/. 1,200\.00 per month * **Payment Frequency:** Biweekly and monthly **ROLE PURPOSE:** Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the gym facilities, guaranteeing optimal, safe, and functional spaces for our customers through efficient execution of cleaning, conservation, and operational support tasks. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Prior experience in cleaning services (homes, commercial premises, offices, or others). * Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, proactivity, and punctuality. * Residence in areas near Lince, Cercado de Lima, La Victoria, San Borja, or other adjacent districts. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ongoing hygiene and disinfection of training areas, equipment park, reception, and restrooms. * Cleaning of the main entrance, exterior areas, and parking zone. * Collection and disposal of waste from locker room bins, reception, and lounge. * Oversight of the facility’s overall image, order, and hygiene. **WORK SCHEDULE AND REST DAYS:** * **Monday to Friday:** 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. * **Saturday–Sunday and Holidays:** 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * **Weekly Rest Day:** Rotating between Saturday or Sunday. **EMPLOYMENT OFFERING:** * Inclusion in MYPE payroll starting from the 4th month of employment. * Complimentary membership for training at the gym network. * Job stability and direct hiring.
