Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: This role involves managing the technical and historical information of assets, planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, and generating reports for decision-making and auditing. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of technical information and asset maintenance. 2. Detailed planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks. 3. Generation of reports and KPIs for analysis and decision-making. Collect and organize the technical and historical information of assets to ensure complete and classified data is available when required. · Record any type of asset-related information, such as technical specifications, work orders, history, spare parts, resources for preventive maintenance, etc. · Plan maintenance tasks—including preventive, corrective, inspections, lubrication, etc.—based on asset criticality, priority, or availability of logistical resources or workforce. · Schedule all tasks to be executed, providing the maintenance operations team (maintenance technicians) with detailed task lists, required workforce, spare parts, tools, third-party services if needed, safety, health and environmental procedures, etc. · Issue a series of general or specialized reports and KPIs; these must be analyzed to identify errors and formulate corrective action plans. · Report and communicate abnormal situations encountered to provide necessary judgment elements for decision-making; likewise, communicate asset status to supervision. · Audit the maintenance operations team’s activities through compliance with maintenance plans and/or KPI targets.
