Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed civil engineer or architect to supervise commercial premises, acting as the sole point of contact with CFR with full autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. On-site supervision role with full autonomy 2. Single authorized point of contact for technical and economic matters 3. Experience in general and structural maintenance in retail Responsibilities: \- The supervisor must conduct on-site visits and inspections of assigned commercial premises at least five times per week or whenever required by CFR. \- Additionally, the supervisor is expressly and unequivocally authorized by THE SUPERVISOR as the sole valid point of contact with CFR for both technical and economic matters, with full autonomy in performing their duties. Requirements: \- Licensed and qualified civil engineer and/or architect \- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in retail projects \- Experience performing general maintenance tasks related to structural aspects, including roof and structural work.
