Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Executive Secretariat, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Excellent writing and organizational skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Main Responsibilities * Managing schedules and coordinating meetings. * Preparing reports, letters, and presentations. * Tracking tasks and agreements. * Coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Preparing reports and performance indicators. * Organizing and updating documentation. Conditions * Compensation: S/ 1,500 monthly + S/ 200 attendance bonus * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., onsite; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., remote * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Work location: La Victoria Salary: S/.1.00 - S/.1,700.00 per hour Work location: Onsite employment
