Operational liaison with marketing and sales **MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT** General Objective Provide comprehensive support to management and the company’s daily operations through efficient administration, accounting, logistics, and human resources process management. Additionally, serve as the operational liaison with the marketing and sales department, ensuring smooth customer service, rigorous inventory control, and brand positioning. Main Responsibilities 1. Administrative, Accounting, and Payroll Management · Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes, ensuring accurate recording of purchases and sales. · Perform bank account reconciliations and settlement for each order or sale completed. · Calculate working hours records for payroll processing and timely submit information to the external accountant for monthly tax filings. · Manage purchase orders, coordinate payments, and maintain up-to-date supplier relationships. · Continuously monitor warehouse stock levels, alerting on shortages and participating in periodic inventory counts. · Coordinate deliveries with motorcycle couriers, taxis, or courier agencies to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. · Prepare and track quotations for customers, identifying their needs and delivering personalized service. · Conduct recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, selection, and interview coordination. · Respond to messages on commercial platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok), providing timely service and handling complaints or claims. · Manage and upload products to *marketplace* platforms (Saga, Agora, Ripley, Yape, among others). · Support website, digital catalog, and Linktree updates. · Serve as liaison with designers by transmitting briefs and ideas, and assist with logistics for photo shoots, trail runs, activations, and corporate events. · Support tracking and shipment of products to *influencers* or brand ambassadors. Responsibilities · Ensure accounting documentation and payroll calculations are error-free and delivered within established deadlines. · Ensure orders are dispatched on time and physical stock matches system records. · Maintain an updated and organized database of customers, suppliers, and delivery records. · Ensure customer communications and operational actions reflect the company’s visual identity and core values. Key Competencies · Organization and Planning · Effective Communication and Customer Service · Analytical Ability and Attention to Detail · Proactivity and Problem-Solving · Teamwork and Adaptability Job Requirements · **Education:** Technical graduate or final-year student in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. · **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in Administrative Assistant, Management Assistant, Operations Executive, or Customer Service roles. · **Office Tools:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace platforms. · **Administrative Knowledge:** Issuance of payment vouchers (SUNAT/factoring systems), basic bank reconciliation, and inventory control. · **Digital/Marketing Knowledge:** Interactive social media management, basic knowledge of design/editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator), and marketplace inventory management. Working Conditions · **Employment Regime:** Formal employment under MICRO (Microenterprise) payroll. · **Work Schedule:** Full-time (48 hours per week). · **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. · **Salary:** S/1130 – S/1500 Salary: S/.1,130.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
