Our Psychological Center 'From Parents to Children' is looking for a highly creative individual with initiative to generate new ideas and who **is highly proficient in design and editing tools**, as well as content creation, to fill the position of **Marketing Assistant**. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. * Minimum 1 year of experience in assistant, design, or similar roles within marketing departments. * **Intermediate proficiency in design and editing software is mandatory**: **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing using CapCut and/or Premiere, Canva.** * Intermediate-level implementation of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads digital campaigns. * Familiarity with and ability to use AI tools is ideal. **Responsibilities**: * Creation, production, and editing of images and videos for social media, blogs, and printed materials. * Design and development of the marketing plan. * Development of a content calendar for various social media platforms and the website. * Promotion and advertising of products, services, and events. * Support the sales department in creating or improving sales tools. * Management and support in organizing in-person and virtual events. * Planning and implementation of digital campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Market benchmarking to propose new marketing and sales strategies. * Support in projects and development of new products and/or services. * Other duties related to the position and continuous improvement. **Competencies**: * Creativity to generate innovative ideas. * Proactive, self-motivated, and willing. * Results-oriented. * Strong communication and writing skills. **Conditions**: * Growth opportunities based on performance and results. * Positive work environment. * Provision of equipment (dedicated laptop for design and editing). * Training in psychology and marketing. * Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Experience: * Illustrator: 1 year (Mandatory) * CapCut: 1 year (Desirable) * Premiere: 1 year (Desirable) * Meta Ads: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
