Position Objective Provide support in planning, executing, and monitoring the company's marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to brand positioning, generation of business opportunities, and achievement of departmental goals through management of content, events, digital media, and promotional activities. Main Responsibilities * Support planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. * Coordinate development and publication of content for social media, websites, and other communication channels. * Manage coordination with design, printing, advertising, and merchandising vendors. * Monitor campaign performance and prepare results reports. * Support organization of events, activations, trade fairs, and product launches. * Coordinate production and distribution of advertising materials. * Update databases, schedules, and campaign calendars. * Track the budget allocated to marketing activities. * Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. * Support sales departments by developing promotional pieces and materials. * Maintain up-to-date digital and physical brand assets. * Support management of commercial partnerships and customer loyalty initiatives. Requirements Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree holder, graduate, or final-cycle student in: * Marketing * Communication Sciences * Advertising * Administration with a Marketing specialization * Related fields Experience * Minimum of **6 months to 1 year** of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related areas. * Pre-professional or professional internships will be considered. Technical Knowledge * Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) – Intermediate level. * Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). * Proficiency in **Meta Business Suite**. * Familiarity with **Canva**. * Basic knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator** is desirable. * Knowledge of **Google Analytics** and **Google Ads** is desirable. * Experience with email marketing tools is desirable. * Content writing for digital media.
