You will be a key support for the marketing team, collaborating on the planning, coordination, and monitoring of campaigns for various brands, ensuring adherence to schedules and supporting the proper execution of each project. **Responsibilities** * Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. * Coordinate with the creative and audiovisual teams for project development. * Monitor activity and campaign schedules. * Coordinate the delivery of materials and information across different departments. * Support meeting organization and follow-up on agreements. * Track assigned tasks and projects. * Provide administrative support to the marketing department. * Assist with other related functions as required. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a Marketing Assistant or in similar roles. * Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. * Ability to coordinate campaigns and monitor projects. * Excellent organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Proactivity and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Availability to work on-site in Lima, Peru.** **Benefits** * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Continuous training. * Participation in projects for various brands. **Important:** This position is **100% on-site in Lima, Peru**, so we seek candidates residing in Metropolitan Lima or with daily commuting availability to the workplace.
