Talent development in an excellent work environment We are looking for a **Marketing Assistant** with initiative, creativity, and strong motivation to learn—someone eager to enhance their skills by participating in commercial projects and brand positioning strategies. **Requirements** * Student, dropout, or graduate of technical or university programs in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration and Marketing, or related fields. * Knowledge of social media management, Canva, digital marketing, and content creation tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic or intermediate level). * Organizational skills, creativity, initiative, and effective communication. * Availability to work at our offices in **Lima City District and Abancay**, with greater presence at the **Abancay** office. * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** **Responsibilities** * Manage and schedule social media posts. * Design digital content using Canva and other supporting tools. * Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns. * Conduct post-sales follow-up and strengthen relationships with potential and existing customers. * Assist in organizing promotions, events, and commercial activities. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper execution of marketing strategies. **Benefits** * Compensation starting at S/ 1,130\. * **Participation in training programs and specialized courses in Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Development, delivered by renowned industry experts.
