Job Summary: Designs and implements digital marketing and sales strategies, including content creation and campaign tracking, while also supporting customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of digital marketing and sales strategies. 2. Creation of multimedia content for promotion. 3. Pleasant work environment and professional growth. NuevaFamilia NeuroDiversidad is a psychological center specialized in treating children, adolescents, and adults with hyperactive minds (ADHD) and Autism in Lima \- Peru. **Responsibilities:** * Design the Marketing Plan and sales strategies for our exclusive psychological services via WhatsApp Business and Social Media. * Capture images, film, edit, and script content for promotion and advertising on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others. * Monitor campaigns until sales closure. * Assist in customer service, billing, and appointment scheduling. **Requirements:** * **Availability to work onsite, part-time, Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.** * Higher education. * Leadership, assertive and persuasive communication skills. * Strong writing ability. * Proficiency in internet use and social media with AI tools. * Creative and proactive in generating ideas that drive sales goal achievement. **Benefits:** * Pleasant work environment and positive workplace climate. * Professional growth opportunities. * Monthly honorarium of S/ 650 soles (Part-time). * Additional bonuses and incentives for meeting performance targets.
