Ability to work in a team and service orientation METALMECANICA CRUZ DE MOTUPE EIRL seeks MECHANICAL OPERATORS, SENATI GRADUATES, for the following: Job Responsibilities: * Support maintenance and repairs of equipment as required. * Assist in machinery cleaning and extractor cleaning. * Report maintenance-related information to supervisor and immediate manager. * Support assembly and disassembly of machinery. * Support welding, painting, and maintenance activities. * Understand required procedures and rules (safety, environmental, and/or quality). * Perform any other tasks assigned. Job Requirements: \- Residence in Eastern Lima (Ate Vitarte, Santa Clara, S.J.L., Santa Anita) — mandatory requirement. \- Ability to commute easily between Santa Anita and Santa Clara. \- Prior experience and eagerness to continue learning. \- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods. \- Effective communication skills. \- Service orientation and teamwork skills.
