If you practice any sport and are passionate about delivering excellent service, we want to meet you! **Schedule:** **Friday:** 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 8:30 a.m. – 5:55 p.m. **Sunday:** 8:30 a.m. – 5:55 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 585 – S/ 600 **✅ What will you do?** * **Greet and guide students and visitors, delivering an exceptional service experience.** * Handle sales at the accessories, merchandise, and sports products counter. * Support student registration and distribution of sports equipment. * Coordinate communication among customers, coaches, and administrative staff. * Manage cash handling, POS systems, and CRM data entry. * Maintain an organized and attractive reception area. * Assist in introductory archery classes, following prior training. * Collaborate in other site-specific activities. **✅ We are looking for individuals who:** * Have at least **3 months of experience** in Customer Service, Sales, or Reception. * Regularly practice any sport. * Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent service. * Possess strong communication skills and teamwork ability. **✅ We offer:** * **Formal employment contract.** * **Continuous training** and support from your first day. * **Performance-based bonuses** and commercial targets (after the probation period). * **Career path** If you are a proactive, energetic individual eager to learn, this position is for you.
