Support in maintenance and remodeling projects **JOB OPENING – MULTIFUNCTIONAL ASSISTANT** **JQ CONSTRUCCIONES Y MANTENIMIENTO S.A.C** We are looking for a **Multifunctional Assistant**, committed, responsible, and detail-oriented, to join our maintenance team. **Responsibilities:** * Possess basic knowledge of painting, drywall, metal structures, plumbing, electricity, and locksmithing * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of general infrastructure * Support remodeling and maintenance projects * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor **Required Profile:** * Minimum experience in general maintenance services * Responsibility, organization, and teamwork * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various types of projects * Residency in areas adjacent to San Juan de Miraflores * Availability to work in Southern Lima **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration (MYPE regime) after the probationary period * Positive work environment **Working Hours:** · Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. · Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (Availability for paid overtime) **Work Location:** San Juan de Miraflores.
