Monitoring and control of avian pests **Bio Control Aviar S.R.L. is seeking 01 operator to perform biological control of avian pests (bird removal).** **This position is on a rotating basis for the following areas: Central Lima, Callao, Comas, and Agustino.** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** \- Monitor, control, measure, and eradicate avian pests within our clients' facilities. \- Play an essential role in maintaining clean and safe environments, adhering to company-established protocols. \- No prior experience required: We provide training from day one! **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum education: Completed secondary school. \- Age: 20 to 40 years old. \- Valid DNI. \- COVID-19 vaccination certificate with at least one dose. \- Immediate availability. \- Profile: Proactive, service-oriented, responsible, and punctual. **WORKING CONDITIONS** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours) and Saturdays (4 hours). \- Availability to work overtime (paid additionally). \- Salary: S/ 1,500 per month. **BENEFITS** \- Formal employment registration from day one (including a 3-month probationary period). \- SCTR and Life Insurance coverage starting from contract signing. \- Weekly transportation allowance for travel between client sites. \- Company-provided training. \- Corporate phone line after the first year. ***Interested in joining our team?
