Assign operators for efficient personnel distribution **Job Description** ---------------------- Prepare, collect, consolidate, manage, and analyze the data required to carry out operational planning. * Review and verify wave execution in the WMS, confirming that associated tasks have been generated as expected. Perform daily cuts to execute waves according to the day's plan. Identify and resolve any failures arising during picking wave execution, ensuring process continuity. * Process the system daily to assign operators to specific areas based on current demand, ensuring efficient and appropriate personnel distribution. * Monitor and report to the respective area supervisor on operational priorities and risks that may cause disruptions to operations. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to operations to support progress tracking and informed decision-making. * Schedule daily truck arrivals at the distribution center. Keep records of scheduling and send a daily consolidated report to the DC managers. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed or ongoing university/technical studies. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level WMS and WCS knowledge (desirable). * One year of experience in Logistics or Warehouse Planning within mass-consumption or retail environments. * Availability to work onsite on rotating shifts (6x1\) in Huachipa.
