Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support management, coordinate with internal departments, perform reconciliations, and prepare operational reports in the retail sector. Therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Students in final semesters or graduates in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. * Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * One year of experience in similar roles within the retail sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide direct support to management in operational and administrative tasks. * Support and manage information across all company departments (Logistics, HR, Marketing) to ensure timely completion of assigned and established tasks. * Perform periodic reconciliations between rebates and credit notes. * Calculate, validate, and timely record rebates according to current commercial agreements. * Prepare operational reports and conduct daily and weekly follow-up on operational activities across stores. * Track all documents requested by the Municipality for each store and maintain updated certificates for proper store operation. * Provide operational support at stores as required (cashier assistance, customer service, or merchandise dispatch). * Propose innovative ideas to improve operations**.** * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/. 1200 \- 1300 (payroll under microenterprise regime) * SIS\+ 15 days of vacation * **50% bonus in July and December** * **Fixed rest days on public holidays** * Career progression opportunities * Excellent work environment and passion for pets * Partnerships and discounts at affiliated establishments * Discounts on purchases at any of our locations.
