Strengthens skills with weekly trainings **Responsibilities:** Provide personalized support and continuous accompaniment to the agency's content creators. Execute internal events and digital battles, fostering team interaction and growth. Organize and lead weekly trainings focused on skill development and goal achievement. Resolve conflicts or incidents on the TikTok platform via Lark or other official channels. Supervise and coordinate purchases of technological equipment required for live streams. Prepare and submit exit reports, violation reports, event reports, and creator reward reports. **Requirements:** \- Interest in the streaming and social media industry. \- Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. \- Basic proficiency in office tools and data analysis. \- University education **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM; Saturdays, 10 AM to 2 PM\- No holidays worked **Salary:** S/1300 \+ MYPE payroll Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
