Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Logistics Assistant to manage merchandise flow, optimize processes, control inventory, and supervise purchase orders in a warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the inbound and outbound flow of merchandise. 2. Optimize logistics timelines and processes. 3. Control inventory and ensure supply continuity. Growing Importing Wholesale Company with warehouses located in Ate, bordering San Luis. We are looking for an **OPERATIONS LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Manage the inbound and outbound flow of merchandise in warehouses · Maintain records of logistics operations to optimize timelines and processes within the warehouse · Execute and monitor periodic inventory controls, critical stock levels, as well as replenishment requests to ensure optimal supply · Manage and supervise purchase order processing timelines to optimize preparation and dispatch times · Coordinate local logistics supplies procurement with the responsible department · Manage sampling reports and quality control of merchandise · Manage handling and recording of shrinkage and defective products to optimize their levels · Manage return processes and coordinate with the responsible department · Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness maintenance. **REQUIREMENTS** **AGE: 25\-29 YEARS** · Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. · Proficiency in ERP inventory software, Intermediate-level Excel, and logistics documentation · Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse logistics management handling over 300 SKUs · Experience in dispatch, picking, and order management processes · Experience in inventory control and personnel management · Residence in areas near Ate, bordering San Luis · Strong sense of commitment and results-oriented mindset **WHAT WE OFFER:** · Formal employment registration and competitive salary with benefits · Bonuses for performance optimization · Opportunity to join a growing company · Ongoing training and positive work environment · Fixed working hours Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
