We are currently seeking responsible and dedicated individuals to fill the position of **Painter Operator** (or Painting Technician). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. * Training or courses in industrial painting. * Expertise in metal structures, ambient-temperature and oven-cured painting. * Knowledge of acrylic and epoxy paint application. * Proficient handling of painting tools and equipment, including experience operating paint curing ovens. * Orderliness, cleanliness, and responsibility in the workplace. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform painting tasks on metal structures. * Operate appropriate equipment and manage paint curing ovens during processes. * Carry out renovation tasks and general maintenance work. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area before, during, and after tasks. * Prepare reports documenting completed work orders.
