Teamwork in a specialty café environment We are looking for a **Part-time Kitchen Assistant** for a specialty café and vinyl record store located in the heart of Miraflores. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Food preparation:** Cleaning, cutting, and preparing ingredients according to recipes. * **Kitchen support:** Plating dishes, preparing side dishes, sauces, and dressings. * **Support in dessert and pastry preparation.** * **Maintain kitchen cleanliness:** Cleaning utensils, surfaces, and work areas. * **Organization:** Proper food storage and reporting of missing supplies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience (negotiable). * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Student / recent graduate. (Not mandatory) * Availability for rotating shifts: * **Opening shift:** 7:30 am \- 4:15 pm. * **Closing shift:** 2:00 pm \- 10:45 pm.
