Position: Production Assistant Location: San Borja, Lima Employment Type: Part-time, 24 hours per week (4 hours \- 6 days) Schedule: To be determined between: (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM) 1 day off Responsibilities: \- Alfajor production: cookie dough preparation, dough cutting, baking; alfajor assembly; cream and beverage production, etc., always ensuring quality and adherence to production processes. \- Daily inventory management. \- Cleaning of work areas. \- Supporting any required production tasks.
