We seek responsible, committed individuals with an interest in developing their careers in pastry, who have strong teamwork skills and are willing to support daily production. **Requirements:** * **With or without experience** in pastry, cooking, or food production. * Studies in **Gastronomy, Pastry, or related fields** (student, graduate, or incomplete — preferred). * Basic knowledge of dessert preparation and decoration (preferred). * Knowledge of food handling and good hygiene practices. * Interest in learning and developing within the pastry field. * Proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team. * Availability to work on **day shift or overnight shift**. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the daily preparation and production of desserts and pastry products. * Prepare and condition ingredients according to the production schedule. * Assist in decorating, finishing, and presenting products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * Comply with quality standards, food safety requirements, and established procedures. * Assist with supply, storage, and inventory control of ingredients when required. * Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. **Work Location:** Production Plant – Barranco **Working Hours:** * **Day Shift:** Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Overnight Shift:** Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. **The overnight shift includes a night shift bonus.** **Formal employment registration from day one.** **100% company-covered meals.** Opportunity for learning and professional development.
