Organizational, analytical, and pressure-resistant work capabilities **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** We are currently looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma holder in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a payroll clerk or in roles related to personnel and payroll administration. * Proficiency in payroll and contract preparation and processing, employee onboarding and offboarding (T-Register), attendance tracking, and labor calculations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of labor legislation and document management. * Organizational, analytical, and pressure-resistant work capabilities. **Employment Conditions:** * Initial contract under RXH for the first 3 months. * Formal payroll enrollment under MYPE starting from the 4th month. * Monthly remuneration between S/. 1,800 and S/. 2,000, subject to evaluation. * Availability to work in the Chorrillos district. We seek an orderly, responsible individual with payroll management experience.
