Training provided regardless of prior experience I am looking for **Plant Operators** to work at the main plant located in Huacho. **Requirements:** · Completion of primary education. · Valid or expired DNI with proof of renewal application. · Possession of CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). · Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime. · Availability to work in cold (low-temperature) and hot (high-temperature) environments. · Residence in areas adjacent to Huacho (Santa María). · Prior experience preferred but not required; minimum 3 months desirable. **Responsibilities:** · Stacking and unloading of crates. · Hanging, cleaning, sorting, cutting, and filleting of chicken. · Supporting breading and marinating processes. · Assisting in slaughter, cutting, filleting, subsequent processing, and sanitation areas. · Weighing products. · Labeling, marking, and boxing packaged or bagged products. · Verifying compliance with established quality parameters. · Supporting the plant machine operator. · Cleaning and disinfecting work areas. · Other duties related to the assigned area. **Work Schedule and Location:** · Rotating shifts. · Day shift: approximate start time 5:00 a.m. · Night shift: approximate start time 11:00 p.m. · Working days: Monday through Saturday. · Fixed rest day: Sunday. · During peak production seasons, daily working hours range from 10 to 14 hours. · Work location: Huacho (Santa María). **Benefits:** · Full payroll registration from day one. · All statutory benefits. · Base salary: S/. 1,130\. · Paid overtime, averaging approximately S/. 500\. · Overtime bonus: approximately S/. 100. · Meals covered according to work schedule. · Mobility bonus of S/. 4 per day attended. · Production bonus via food vouchers: up to S/. 125 during the first 6 months and up to S/. 250 thereafter. · Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. · Opportunity for professional growth and development. ***Interested candidates must submit their CV through this channel for contact.*** Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
