At **URBAN Arquitectos**, a construction company focused on high-standard corporate and residential projects, we are looking for a **Construction Site Resident Intern** to support technical management and comprehensive project control. **Responsibilities** * Support field supervision of work items. * Monitor and record physical progress. * Assist with quantity surveying and valuation. * Track the construction schedule. * Support quality control and compliance with technical specifications. * Prepare technical reports and photographic records. * Assist in coordination with suppliers and subcontractors. **Profile** * Final-year student or graduate in **Civil Engineering or Architecture**. * Interest in construction execution and project management (not design-focused). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Familiarity with MS Project is desirable. * Organized, proactive, and technically sound judgment in the field. **Conditions** * Work mode: On-site at construction site – Lima * Market-aligned financial stipend * Opportunity to learn through real-world projects Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Work location: On-site employment
