We seek an enthusiastic and motivated professional to support sales and marketing activities. Minimum requirements include basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and prior experience in sales or administration. REQUIREMENTS: \- (01\) year or less of experience in commercial or administrative roles. \- Basic accounting knowledge. \- Experience conducting in-person meetings and using digital platforms such as Google Meet and others. \- Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc). RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform customer service activities. \- Handle and coordinate telephone and/or written communications with customers. \- Manage our social media platforms—Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp—by responding to internal messages and external comments. \- Implement commercial strategies to ensure achievement of related objectives. \- Update, record, and store commercial information. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
