Responsibilities * Support market research, analysis, and segmentation. * Prospect and contact potential customers. * Provide commercial advisory services and follow up with customers throughout the sales process. * Retain the customer base through personalized service. * Deliver excellent after-sales service to strengthen customer satisfaction. * Assist in recording and completing commercial and sales documentation. * Prepare weekly activity and results reports. * Participate in commercial training and leadership skill development programs. **Requirements** * University students majoring in **Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields** (from the 7th semester onward). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Commercial mindset, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility. * Learning capacity and results orientation. * Basic proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Availability to carry out **in-person internships in Surquillo**. **Benefits** * **Monthly financial stipend of S/ 1,130 (in accordance with applicable law).** * Continuous training and guidance for your professional development. * Opportunity for growth and internal career path. * Certificate and official documentation of pre-professional internship. * Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.
