Basic laptop and computer tools proficiency **ENUBE** is looking for a full-time **Customer Service and Production Assistant**, an organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our team. Work Location **GAMA Shopping Center – Gamarra, La Victoria.** Schedule * **Monday to Friday:** 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.\- With a 1-hour break * **Sunday:** 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\- With a 1-hour break * **Fixed day off:** Saturdays. Compensation and Benefits * **Monthly salary:** S/ 1,200\. * **Enrollment in MYPE payroll system** from day one, with corresponding regime benefits. Main Responsibilities * Daily receipt and verification of merchandise. * Sorting and packaging. * Inventory control and warehouse organization support. * Customer service via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. * Order registration and processing in the system. * Coordination * In-person customer service at the point of sale. * Support in other operational functions related to the area. Requirements * Age between **20 and 30 years**. * Customer service experience. * Basic laptop and computer tools proficiency. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Residence in areas near or with easy access to Gamarra.
