Job Functions: * Assist in food preparation and production (sandwiches, juices, triples, salads, etc.) according to the daily schedule. * Collaborate in product assembly, presentation, and packaging while meeting quality standards. * Comply with hygiene procedures, food handling practices, and good manufacturing practices. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area before, during, and after production. * Use and care for kitchen supplies, equipment, and utensils appropriately. * Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating supplies. * Follow instructions from the area supervisor or administrator to ensure operational continuity. * Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production goals. Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in food concessions, restaurants, or cafeterias. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to obtain a Sanitary Card and Food Handler Certificate.
